Hebei Fengwei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that integrates design, research and development, production, and sales. It is a production base for the internationally renowned elevator brand Otis Elevator Group's electric, escalator, and traction machine components, and a high-quality supplier to Japan's Komatsu Corporation and Austria's Wacker Neuson Group. Located at 118 Jianshe Street, Pingxiang County, within the 400 kilometer economic circle of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, covering an area of 80000 square meters, with total assets of 210 million yuan, registered capital of 52.318 million yuan, annual casting and processing capacity of 20000 tons, and 320 employees

The company has established a provincial-level enterprise technology center, a provincial-level academician workstation, and a provincial-level engineering laboratory, with over 60 years of history in mechanical product production and more than 20 proprietary patented technologies. We are currently collaborating with Academician Chen Yunbo and his team from the Chinese Academy of Engineering to develop new materials and establish a high-quality wear-resistant composite material production base.

The company has advanced management and has passed ISO9001 international quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system, as well as certifications such as the Japan Waterways Association, Komatsu, and Tianjin OTISQ+.

The company has first-class equipment, including resin sand, V-method, coated sand production lines, and 3D sand printing equipment. It can produce gray cast iron, ball milled cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, vermicular cast iron, and precision cast steel parts. Among them, the 40M and 45M low-alloy wear-resistant cast iron materials have been certified by the headquarters of Otis in the United States. There are more than 150 sets of machining equipment, including digital flexible production lines, German imported horizontal machining centers, German KLINGELNBERG CNC worm grinding machines, and German LIEBHERR CNC hobbing machines. There are also more than 50 sets of CNC equipment, with strong casting and machining capabilities and matching assembly production lines.

The company's testing center uses advanced and comprehensive testing methods such as rationalization, mechanics, metallography, magnetic particle inspection, spectral analysis, coordinate measurement, single mesh inspection, stator measurement, and traction machine testing to ensure product quality.

The company's main products currently include: electric and escalator traction machines, reducers, construction machinery, wind power generation, rail transit components and other series of component products. Domestic customers are distributed in large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hunan; Overseas, it is mainly sold to more than ten countries including Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Austria, and the United States.
